a nocte temporis celebrates its tenth anniversary - a milestone marked by more concerts than ever and an international tour of Rameau’s Les Boréades.
Ten years ago, Reinoud Van Mechelen and Anna Besson founded a nocte temporis, initially as a chamber music project whose first programme was Erbarme Dich. From that modest starting point, the ensemble grew into a full-fledged baroque ensemble with a distinctive sound and identity, shaped by curiosity, historical awareness and a deep love for the repertoire.
In this anniversary year, we look back with gratitude on that journey, while moving forward with excitement for what lies ahead. In 2026, we will celebrate this milestone with more concerts than ever before, as well as an international tour of Rameau’s Les Boréades, a project especially close to the ensemble’s heart. We warmly invite our audience to share this festive year with us - in the concert hall and online.
